Anti-Spam Policy

Talentorial's standards for responsible promotion by Affiliates, Campus Ambassadors, Mentors and Growth Partners.

This Anti-Spam Policy sets out how anyone representing or promoting Talentorial Software & AI Services LLC ("Talentorial") — including Affiliates, Campus Ambassadors, Mentors and Growth Partners — must communicate responsibly and lawfully.

1. Purpose

Talentorial is built on trust between Aspirants, Mentors, Universities and Employers. This Policy exists to keep outreach about Talentorial accurate, consented-to and compliant with applicable law.

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to anyone promoting Talentorial on its behalf, including:

  • Affiliate Program participants
  • Campus Ambassadors
  • Mentors
  • Growth Partners and their representatives
  • Any user sharing Talentorial referral links or content

3. Prohibited Practices

The following are not permitted under any circumstances:

  • Unsolicited mass messaging or bulk emailing without a lawful basis or recipient consent.
  • Use of purchased, rented or scraped contact lists.
  • Misleading claims about Talentorial, its features, or guaranteed outcomes (e.g. guaranteed job offers or admissions).
  • Deceptive subject lines, sender names, or impersonation of Talentorial staff.
  • Messaging that omits a clear and functioning way to opt out of future communications.
  • Unauthorised use of the Talentorial name, logo or brand assets.

4. Responsible Promotion Standards

All approved promotional activity must:

  • Use only approved Talentorial messaging and assets.
  • Comply with applicable marketing and anti-spam laws in the relevant jurisdiction(s) (e.g. ADGM regulations, UAE laws, CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
  • Follow the relevant programme terms (Affiliate Program, Campus Ambassador Program, Growth Partners, Mentor Program).
  • Respect platform and brand guidelines shared as part of onboarding.

5. Consequences of Violation

Violating this Policy may result in suspension or termination of Affiliate, Campus Ambassador, Mentor or Growth Partner status, removal of referral credit or incentives, and, where applicable, legal action by Talentorial Software & AI Services LLC.
